Project Location: 3rd Floor, Mental Health Institute, SCB Medical College and Hospital Campus
The One Stop Centre (OSCs) are designed to provide comprehensive support to women affected by violence—whether in private or public spaces, within the family, community, or workplace. These Centre provides 24×7 crisis intervention services to women facing physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, or economic abuse, regardless of age, class, caste, education, marital status, race, or culture.
Women aggrieved by acts of sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, trafficking, honour-related crimes, acid attacks, or witch-hunting—whether they have reached out directly or been referred to the OSC—are provided with a wide range of specialized services aimed at ensuring safety, justice, and recovery.
Objectives
- To provide integrated support and assistance to women affected by violence in both private and public spaces under one roof.
- To facilitate immediate, emergency, and non-emergency access to a range of essential services including medical, legal, psychological, and counselling support to help women combat all forms of violence.
Target Group
The OSCs cater to all women and girls below 18 years of age who are affected by violence, irrespective of caste, class, religion, region, sexual orientation, or marital status. For girls below 18 years, the OSCs work in coordination with institutions and authorities established under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.

- Temporary Shelter Facilitiess
- Video Conferencing Facility for connecting with courts, police, and legal service authorities
