Inspiring Stories of Maadhyam Club Members
Building Leadership of Women Survivors
A key strength of our work is the formation of Maadhyam Clubs—community-based women’s groups across various wards of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. These groups act as first responders and serve as vital links between survivors and support services. By providing timely information, guidance, and solidarity, they strengthen community vigilance and empower women to speak out and claim their rights.
Over the years, our engagement with women from diverse socio-economic backgrounds has revealed powerful stories of courage, resilience, and transformation. These lived experiences form the foundation of our work and inspire our continued efforts.
This initiative is not just about support—it is about building leadership, amplifying unheard voices, and fostering collective action. Together, we strive to create a society free from violence and discrimination.
