Registered as a Society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act XXI of 1860) bearing registration 20,200/164 ,Date of Registration – 17/01/1997
Registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 2010 bearing registration Registration No-104830100, Date of Registration – 20/6/ 2002 with permission to receive foreign contributions and grants.
Registered under Section 12- A (Registration No-32/2001-2002, Date of Registration 22/11/2001 and 80- G (Registration-No-ITO(TECH)/80G,178/10-11/2011-12,Date of Registration- 5/7/2011) of Income Tax Act 1952. As per Section 12-A ISD is exempted from payment of Income Tax from all sources of its Income for Charitable Purpose. In case of 80-G, it provides benefit in the form of exemption from Income Tax for Individuals and organisation making donation to ISD.
